Refund Policy

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (no exceptions).

Partial Refunds (Total fees paid-to-date less deposit) after May 15th are only given due to illness/accident with written statement from the camper's physician.

No Refunds Given:
For campers leaving prior to the end of camp session, including homesick and sick campers.
For campers asked to leave camp due to discipline problems.
