Think Camp Oak Hill is the perfect place for your next retreat? Follow the simple steps below and get excited about a wonderful retreat experience!

1. Contact the Business Office at (919) 782-2888 and ask for Brian.
2. If space is available, a retreat contract and a copy of our retreat policies and guidelines will be sent to you.
3. Complete and return the contract and signed guidelines to our Raleigh office within two weeks of receipt. An initial deposit is due at this time as well.
4. Eight weeks prior to your retreat, a confirmation deposit will be due. Details about this deposit are listed on the contract.
5. Two weeks prior to the retreat, your retreat host will contact you to finalize numbers, meals, and program options.

If you would like to take a tour of the facilities before booking, just let us know! Our staff will be happy to meet you at camp for a tour. Advance notice is required!
